Good: I like the fact that one can clearly see whether it's charging or not by observing the LED light being red or green. The fan also turns on when it's charging. I think the power management is quite good: I have never felt the battery temperature increase while it's charging and it auto-powers off to prevent auto-charging. I have had my E-TWOW for over 2 years and 7000km and the battery is still strong and I believe gently charging has a part to play in the longevity of the battery.
Bad: The fan sometimes touches the casing, resulting in loud noise until I tap it slightly or it warms up slightly. Also, my last charger lasted less than 2 years before it burnt out and tripped my house power.
