Description

The newest GT 5th generation has arrived, the GT Sport with Bluetooth, more speed, torque, power and cruise control. 

 

The GT Sport comes with a 48v 10.5ah battery with a nominal battery reading of 46.8v 10.2ah **.  The battery is manufactured by E-TWOW and uses Samsung cells for better reliability and performance. It is also equipped with all the bells and whistles of the GT 2020 SE such as Bluetooth technology, 3 forms of braking including a new rear drum brake and a kickstand. The  GT Sport reaches a top speed of up to 46km/h and travels up to 45km on a single charge*. Its unique regenerative braking system helps charge the scooter’s battery when the front magnetic brakes are applied. Patented airless tires and front and rear suspension provide a smooth ride with no maintenance needs.

This scooter could beat all scooters in performance vs weight and mobility but there are a couple issues I'm experiencing.

After riding this for 300km, I'm having an issue with the scooter constantly giving a bumpy ride (on smooth surfaces). It feels like a stone is stuck in the front tyre but I've double checked and nothing obvious is to blame.

I have added some links to a video of the tyres to show the condition of them and I have also linked a video of the scooter to show how squeaky it is.

Etwow support have contacted me and offered to have the scooter serviced by Scooter Bros. I will update this after visiting them in the next few days.
